- Duke overcame a 17-0 deficit to score 23 unanswered points. The 23 point-output also marks the team's highest scoring total in the second half this season.
- The Blue Devils went 4-for-5 on fourth down conversions.
- Duke's defense forced a three-and-out possession on Wake Forest's first drive of the game. The last time the team achieved that was in a 31-27 win over Florida International on Oct. 1.
- Duke amassed 30 yards of total offense in the first quarter, its lowest output in the first quarter this season.
- Duke dominated play in the third quarter outscoring Wake Forest 10-0 and outgaining the Demon Deacons 119-1. The Blue Devil defense forced a pair of three-and-outs and Duke held a 13:02-1:48 edge in time off possession.
- Duke held Wake Forest to 81 yards in the second half of play, forcing three-and-outs on five of the Demon Deacons six second half possessions.

- Saw the field for the first time since Duke's48-27 win over Tulane on Sept. 24.
- Had a career-high rushing performance with 19 yards on 10 carries and two touchdowns.

- Tabbed for his first start of the 2011 season, lining up at the safety position.

- Registered his first sack of the season for a loss of seven yards. That brings his career total to two sacks for a loss of 15 yards.
Cooper Helfet
- Finished the day with four catches for 46 yards, including a 25-yard reception.
David Helton
- Recorded his first career sack in the second quarter and matched a season-high with two tackles.
Jay Hollingsworth
- Started at the running back position for the first time this season after seeing action in all six games.
- Totaled five rushes for 15 yards while also making two catches for 11 yards.
Dezmond Johnson
- Logged the first sack and first quarterback hurry of his career during the second quarter.
Patrick Kurunwune
- Notched a season-best 19-yard kickoff return during the fourth quarter.
Brian Moore
- Made his first start this season after missing Duke's first six games due to injury.
Sean Renfree

- Caught a 17-yard pass from Renfree in the third quarter for his longest catch of the season.

Will Snyderwine
- Kicked three field goals for nine points to give him the 15th multi-field goal game of his career.
- Remained perfect in his career on PAT attempts, making 2-of-2 against Wake Forest to move to 71-of-71 successful PATs on his career.
- Totaled 12 points on the day to move into fourth on Duke's all-time career scoring list with 204 career points.
Juwan Thompson
- Posted a 27-yard carry in the third quarter for the longest run of his career.
- Totaled 62 rushing yards on 11 carries.
Donovan Varner
- Posted four catches for 44 yards, including a 26-yard reception late in the game.
- Led Duke's receiving corps with seven receptions for 59 yards.
