GoDuke.com: What are your nicknames?
Dan Oppedisano: I have two, "Opped" and "Nugget."
GD: What is the most interesting class you've taken at Duke?
DO: Sports Economics and Statistics.
GD: Where is your favorite place to study?
DO: In my closet, I put my desk in it.
GD: What are some highlights from studying abroad in Italy last semester?
DO: I was able to go skydiving over the Swiss Alps and I liked having a slow-paced lifestyle.
GD: Switching gears, whare are some of your pregame habits?
DO: I like to eat a huge breakfast and listen to Journey.
GD: Why do you wear jersey No. 28?
DO: It's been my football, wrestling, and lacrosse number since I was in 7th grade.
GD: What is your favorite part of lacrosse practice?
DO: I like the team face-off and the shooting drills.
GD: What is your least favorite part of lacrosse practice?
DO: I like being on the field, so film and meetings.
GD: If you could change one rule in college lacrosse, what would it be?
DO: I'd like to see a shot clock so teams don't sit on the ball.
GD: What is your favorite NFL team?
DO: The New York Giants.
GD: Who is your favorite NFL player?
DO: Jeremy Shockey.
GD: Who is your favorite New York Met of all-time?
DO: Mike Piazza.

DO: Hanging out with friends, playing video games and poker.

DO: My father.

DO: Just be yourself and be nice because the saying “nice guys finish last” couldn't be more false.

DO: Believe in yourself because those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.
