J.J. Redick scored 30 points off of 10-of-28 from the field, 4-of-14 from three and 6-of-6 from the free throw line. Redick added three steals and an assist to his performance.

Redick also has a Duke record 14 such games this season and in six of the last eight games. Redick's 20 career games ranks tied for fifth in ACC history with Georgia Tech's Dennis Scott. Shelden Williams scored 20 points, grabbed 16 rebounds and recorded four blocks and two steals at Florida State.

Florida State shot 23 more free throws than Duke, the fourth largest margin in school history. The largest was 26 at Colorado on Dec. 2, 1982, in a 79-70 loss to the Buffs. Colorado was 31-of-40 and Duke was 10-of-14.
