DURHAM, N.C. - J.J. Redick registered a game-high 24 points to move into ninth place on Duke's all-time scoring list and lead top-ranked Blue Devils to a 72-59 win over University of Pennsylvania on Wednesday night at Cameron Indoor Stadium.

In the second half, Penn pulled within eight points on Eric Osmundson's layup at the 18:42 mark, but Duke countered with a 14-3 run to go ahead 48-29 on a bucket by Josh McRoberts with 14:30 left to play. The Quakers battled back to trail by 10 with six minutes left, but would get no closer the remainder of the way.
Shelden Williams added 20 points, five rebounds, four steals and a pair of blocked shots on the night. The senior forward was five-of-seven from the floor and 10-of-11 from the foul line in his 36 minutes of action. Sean Dockery reached double digits in the scoring column for the second consecutive game with 11 points to go along with seven rebounds and five steals.
For Penn, Jaaber led the way with 16 points while David Whitehust buried five three-point field goals for 15. The Quakers turned the ball over 26 total times in the contest.
