Jordan Cila Expected to Make First MLS Start

Former Duke standout Jordan Cila is expected to make his first Major League Soccer start on Saturday, when the Colorado Rapids travel to Columbus, Ohio, to take on the Columbus Crew.
Cila, a four-year starter for the Blue Devils, earned Academic All-America honors last season. He ranked second on the Duke squad with eight assists and fourth with 14 points. He finished his collegiate career ranked fifth on Duke's all-time list with 35 assists.
Cila made the Rapids roster after being invited to presason camp as a non-roster invitee. He saw his first game action on June 19 against the Dallas Burn.
