FRANNNYYYY!!!!!
hey girl! hope you are doing OK over at Sinai. I'm sooooooo sorry i haven't been over there to see you recently. third year of med school is crazy, but wonderful at the same time. i'm really enjoying my pediatrics rotation...including each toy that gets thrown at me and each ounce of formula that gets dribbled on me. :-) but seriously...it has been amazing working with the pediatricians and kids.
i've been thinking about you a lot! skippy and i may try to head over there monday afternoon! we are all meeting up in ocean city this weekend to play in a lacrosse tournament. hopefully i have some skills left in me.
we're all still praying for you! all those days in the weight room will help out now! miss you franny and hope to see you soon!
lots of love,

Dear Francoise,
Although I don't know you personally I am a big fan of Duke lacrosse and of
you. I greatly admire you're courage and strength through this difficult
journey. I only wish that some day I can grow up to be just like you, not
only through you on the field but through you're determination. Get better
soon!

You know you have to be @ Duke during the fall for at least one week
end..Best wishes

Dear Francoise,
We continue to think and pray for your continued improvement. Porter
actually went back to Chapel Hill yesterday, but I wanted to tell you that I
came upon your
cousin Maggie when I was in a
place similar to Foster's. She knew I looked familiar because Porter's
brother Nelson was a good friend of Willie's in middle school and asked if I
was Nelson's mom.
I was in a bad car accident
Thanksgiving of my sophomore year and was in a coma for three weeks. I
couldn't go back to school the rest of that year and had to have various
rehabs. It is a slow process but I know you can do it.
Best, Porter & lossie Wilkinson

great seeing you and watching your hard work at PT I am very proud of you

Dear Francoise, It's been a while since I've seen you in person (probably
the last St. Paul's/Notre Dame game) but the Cangemis etc.. have kept me
posted on your success over the years. It has come as no surprise having
seen your infectious love for life and especially lacrosse from the time you
were little! I know that spirit will pull you through this - it sounds like
you've already come a long way! These letters are truly a testament to the
wonderful person you are and I wish you nothing but a speedy recovery. (I
know Molly and the crew will keep you smiling!) My love and prayers to you,
Case, Matt and of course your parents.
Love,
Lisa Costello (Dowling)
