Yale scored first on a Clarissa Clarke goal with 23:42 left in the first half. Duke then scored two straight goals to take a 2-1 halftime lead. The Bulldogs leveled the game at two goals apiece on a Kate Flatley score with 25:13 remaining in the second half.
However, Duke then scored three straight goals to eventually put the game out of reach. Amanda Sisley recorded 14 saves in goal for Yale and Kristen Foster made 10 saves for Duke. Duke outshot Yale 29-17.
Lauren Gallagher led Duke with two goals, which finished the regular season with an 11-2 record and will head to Orlando, Fla. next week for the ACC Championships.
