Morton, a senior punter from Auburndale, Fla., was named First Team All-ACC while Hart, a junior tight end from Sayville, N.Y., was tabbed to the all-league second unit.
Morton led the Atlantic Coast Conference while ranking second nationally in punting with his 45.2 yards per punt average. A Second Team All-ACC selection in 1999, Morton finished his career with a 42.6 yards per punt average, a mark which ranks tied for 10th best in NCAA history for punters with a minimum of 250 kicks.
Hart led Duke and all ACC tight ends with 31 pass receptions for 540 yards. He averaged 2.8 catches per game and 17.4 yards per reception.
