Tyler Roy joined the Duke football staff in August 2025 and serves as a creative video producer.
Prior to his time in Durham, Roy spent the 2024-25 school year as an assistant director of creative video for the University of Cincinnati, primarily focusing on Bearcat baseball and volleyball. He organized, filmed and edited long- and short-form videos. He also managed and taught 10 student interns.Â
Roy spent three years as an athletics creative video assistant while a student at NC State for a variety of sports, including football. He served as a primary or secondary shooter for games and practices. He directed, filmed and edited recruiting shoots and hype videos as well as editing long- and short-form videos for NC State football's social media accounts.
Roy graduated from NC State with a bachelor’s degree in communication in May 2024.
