Tre Jenkins joined LEARFIELD in December 2025 as Senior Manager of Business Development. In his role with the Blue Devil Sports Properties, Jenkins is responsible for building and managing corporate sponsorships, developing creative activations and executing integrated marketing solutions. He oversees a portfolio of partnerships and plays a key role in identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts and aligning brand strategy with Duke’s values and fan base.
Prior to his arrival in Durham, Jenkins spent over four years with Arthur M Blank Sports & Entertainment , most recently serving as Manager of Corporate Partnerships. There, he led several high-profile initiatives, including executing Airbnb’s first-ever partnership with a U.S. sports team and launching integrated B2B sales strategies for NFL and MLS properties. He previously held sales roles within the Falcons organization and was recognized for breaking department records and driving innovation in group and suite sales.
Jenkins also served as Manager of VR Content Partnerships for HTC, where he worked with professional leagues including Major League Baseball to incorporate virtual reality content into fan experiences. He began his career in sports with the Golden State Warriors, where he generated over $1.5 million in revenue and pioneered themed events such as E-Sports/STEM Night and Women’s Appreciation Night.
In addition to his experience in team and technology partnerships, Jenkins is the founder of BEQUITYâ„¢ Ventures, a real estate investment group focused on financial literacy and wealth-building. He has led strategy and underwriting for properties across multiple markets.
A native of New Jersey, Jenkins holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Business Management and Legal Studies from Maryville University of Saint Louis, where he was a member of the track & field and cross country teams. He also completed a certificate in Digital Marketing and Media from Cornell University.
