Pat Tracy joined Duke Athletics in August 2021 and was promoted to Director of Resource Acquisition in January 2026. He oversees outdoor hospitality, tailgates, Club Blue Devil and Blue Devil Alley, and supports operations in premium spaces, concessions and the coaches’ car program.
Prior to his time at Duke, Tracy spent nearly two years as an assistant track & field/cross country coach at Texas A&M University-Commerce and five years as an assistant track & field coach at Western Michigan University.
A native of Minnesota, Tracy earned a bachelor’s degree in psychological sciences and sociology/anthropology from Gustavus Adolphus College in 2014. He received a master’s degree in education with an emphasis in sports administration from Central Methodist University in 2016.
