Lindsey Ronbeck

Lindsey Ronbeck was hired as an assistant coach for the Duke women's lacrosse program in July 2026.

Ronbeck joins the Duke women's lacrosse sideline after serving the past two years as the marketing and communications manager with Morgan's Message – a non-profit organization created in memory of former Duke women's lacrosse player Morgan Rodgers, that eliminates the stigma surrounding mental health within the student-athlete community by advocating that mental and physical health deserve equal attention.

During this time, Ronbeck also served as the associate head coach for the Trinity Episcopal School's varsity women's lacrosse team (2025 – present) and a coach for the Yellow Jackets South women's lacrosse club since 2024.

Ronbeck also brings coaching experience at the collegiate level having previously served as an assistant coach for the University of Richmond (2021-24) and American University (2019-21) women's lacrosse programs, where she coordinated the program's offensive tactical strategy and gameplan. Both teams reached new heights under her tutelage.

During the 2023 season, Richmond dismantled program records in goals, assists and points, while also boasting the Atlantic 10's top-ranked and NCAA's second-best scoring offense. The Spiders captured consecutive A-10 titles and NCAA Tournament bids (2023, 2024), including the program's first NCAA victory in 2023. Additionally, Ronbeck helped mentor four all-conference and all-tournament team standouts in Lindsey Frank, Grace Muldoon, Arden Tierney and Colleen Quinn. Frank, Muldoon and Tierney also collected all-region and all-America accolades under Ronbeck's guidance, with the latter two named A-10 Midfielder of the Year (2024) and A-10 Offensive Player of the Year (2023), respectively. At American, Ronbeck helped lead the team to its first undefeated non-conference season in 2020 and coached the program's first all-American in Emma Vinall.

In between her stops at American and Richmond, Ronbeck competed in the inaugural 2021 season of the Athletes Unlimited professional lacrosse league. She was also drafted 10th overall in 2019 by the New York Fight of the Women's Professional Lacrosse League (WPLL).

A native of Manhasset, New York, Ronbeck was a two-year team captain and highly-decorated women's lacrosse player at the University of Florida, where she enjoyed a prolific career from 2016-2019. During her time with the Gators, Ronbeck was just one of three players in program history to accumulate over 200 goals (243) and one of two to total 300-plus points (313) during their career. Her name is peppered throughout the Florida record book, most notably ranking first in program history in goals per game (3.08), second in career goals and points and third in points per game (3.96).

Ronbeck, the 2019 AAC Attacker of the Year and 2016 Big EAST Freshman of the Year, helped lead Florida to four consecutive conference championships in the Big EAST (3) and American Athletic Conference (1), three NCAA Round of 16 appearances and a trip to the 2018 NCAA quarterfinals. The standout attacker racked up numerous accolades during her career, highlighted by being tabbed a three-time Tewaaraton Award Watch List selection, three-time ILWomen All-American, two-time Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) All-American, four-time IWLCA All-Region pick and four-time all-conference honoree. She also served as a head coach for Long Island Liberty Lacrosse from 2015-18 before graduating from Florida with her bachelor's degree in English literature in 2019.
