Chloe Paugh joined Duke Athletics in September 2023 and serves as Social Media Manager and Creative Video Producer. In this role, she creates long and short-form video content for Duke baseball and field hockey across GoDuke.com and the programs’ social media platforms. In 2025, she also assumed responsibility for managing the official social media accounts for baseball and field hockey.

Prior to arriving at Duke, Paugh worked at West Virginia University as a digital media intern, serving as creative lead for gymnastics and baseball while assisting with content production for all Mountaineer social media accounts. She also produced baseball broadcasts for WVU Athletics on ESPN+ and served as a replay operator for multiple sports, including baseball, basketball, football, soccer, gymnastics and volleyball. In addition, she completed a media and video internship with the West Virginia Black Bears, creating videoboard and social media content. Paugh has continued freelance work as a replay operator for organizations including the Pittsburgh Pirates, the Pony League World Series and various high school and collegiate football and basketball events.

She earned a dual degree in sports media and sports management from West Virginia in 2023.
