Ashlynn Hill joined Duke Athletics in 2026 as the Assistant Director of Employee Engagement and Experience. In her role, she supports department-wide employee engagement initiatives, professional development programming, onboarding efforts and staff recognition while helping foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture across Duke Athletics.

Prior to joining Duke, Hill served as a Football Operations Player Development Graduate Assistant at North Carolina, where she supported the daily development and well-being of more than 120 student-athletes. Her responsibilities included coordinating housing, academic monitoring, player services, scholarship and financial aid processes, guest ticket operations and transitional programming for incoming student-athletes. She also gained experience in event management with North Carolina Athletics, supporting football, men's and women's basketball, soccer, volleyball, baseball and softball events, and previously completed internships with Duke Recreation & Physical Education, Duke Athletics, the Fayetteville Woodpeckers, Fayetteville State Athletics and the Fayetteville Stingers.

Hill earned a Bachelor of Science in sport and fitness management from Fayetteville State in 2024, graduating summa cum laude. She went on to receive a Master of Sport Administration from North Carolina in 2026.
