Jack "Bull" Slavin joined Duke Athletics in July 2024 and serves as the Associate Director of Marketing. In his role, Slavin oversees marketing efforts for Duke women's basketball and men's and women's tennis, helping enhance the game day experience while supporting attendance, fan engagement and revenue generation initiatives.

Prior to joining Duke, Slavin spent eight years at UNC Pembroke, most recently serving as Associate Athletics Director for Marketing & External Revenue. During his tenure, he helped modernize the department's ticketing system, established a comprehensive merchandise strategy and doubled annual corporate partnership cash revenue to more than $500,000. He previously served as Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing & Corporate Partnerships and Director of Fan Engagement, leading the department's marketing, social media and fan engagement efforts while creating innovative promotions and community initiatives.

A former baseball student-athlete at UNC Pembroke, Slavin earned both his Bachelor of Science in business administration with concentrations in management and marketing and his Master of Business Administration from the university.
