Upcoming Event: Women's Soccer versus Wake Forest on September 25, 2025 at 7 p.m.

After graduating from the University of Evansville in 2004, Ed Moore enters his second year with the Duke women’s soccer team in 2005. Moore is the goalkeepers coach for the Blue Devils.
A four-year letterwinner at Evansville, Moore spent the 2003-04 campaign as the goalkeeper coach for the men’s and women’s soccer programs at Evansville, while finishing his degree.
At Evansville he was responsible for training the goalkeepers, travel, scouting, summer camps, video editing and recruiting.
Moore played in 54 career matches at Evansville where he collected 50 starts and a goals against average of 1.77. He was the Spirit of the Aces award winner in 2001 for his leadership and team commitment, and in 2002 earned the Most Dedicated Player award. Moore was also an all-tournament selection as a senior at the ProRehab Aces Soccer Classic in Evansville and at the TLC Plumbing & Utility Classic in Albuquerque, New Mexico. However, Moore’s most memorable moment as a collegian was the goal he scored from 25 yards out in the final seconds of regulation against Fresno State on September 21 to salvage a 2-2 tie.
Moore is a native of Jackson, Miss., and owns a USSF "A" Coaching license. He received his degree in Educational Studies on May 8, 2004.
