Upcoming Event: Men's Basketball versus Countdown to Craziness on October 3, 2025 at 7 p.m.

Kevin Cullen has spent the last decade with his alma mater and currently serves Duke men’s basketball as the program’s director of information technology.
After graduating from Duke in 2007, Cullen returned to the Blue Devils in 2008 as the program’s video coordinator. Following a promotion to his current role in 2013, Cullen oversees all aspects of the team’s video needs, including opponent scouting, film exchange, managing the video room and supplying the coaching staff with game film. Cullen served in a similar capacity with USA Basketball from 2008-16.
A Durham, N.C., native, Cullen was a manager and assistant video coordinator for the men’s basketball program as an undergraduate. In addition to assisting the staff and team with logistics relating to practice, scouting, games and travel, he worked with the director of basketball operations to coordinate all video needs for the staff. In 2007, he received the Gopal Varadhan Senior Manager Award.
Following graduation, he spent one year as a support manager with Sportstec, USA. In that position, he trained customers to use the software and develop efficient workflows. He also managed customer accounts in the Southeast United States and developed the platform for Sportstec’s future user interface.
Cullen and his wife, Holly, reside in Durham with their daughter, Grace.
