2021 XC: Established a new personal best of 13:41.4 in the 4K and finished in third at the Elon Opener (9/3) to open the season and help the Blue Devil women take first place… Collected her second straight top-10 placement with a 7th place finish and mark of 17:17.4 at the Battle in Beantown (9/24) … Took 31st at the FSU Invite/Pre-Nationals (10/15) with a time of 20:24.2… Clocked a 20:45.1 finish to take 14th place at the ACC Championships (10/29) and earn All-ACC honors for the fourth consecutive year… Achieved all-region status following a 20th place finish in 20:44.4 at the NCAA Southeast Regional (11/12).
2020-21 T&F: Opened the track & field season at the ACC Indoor Championships (2/25), taking home a bronze medal and All-ACC First Team honors in the DMR, with a mark of 11:15.87 ... Also came in eighth place in the 3000m with a time of 9:19.94 ... Competed in the 10000m for the first time, finishing third overall with a time of 33:44.32 for a top-20 time in the nation at the Virginia Challenge (4/16) ... Led the pack in the 5000m, running a blazing personal best time of 16:14.78 to take first place at Duke Twilight (5/3) ... Helped the Blue Devil women win their first ACC Championship, finishing fifth in the 5000m, with a PR time of 15:55.38 for the second fastest mark in program history, while taking eighth in the 10,000m with a PR time of 33:26.61, to set the fourth fastest time in program history at the ACC Outdoor Championships (5/13 - 5/15) ... Completed her season with a 14th place finish in the 10,000m, running a time of 34:13.64 and taking 30th in the 5000m with a time of 16:37.94 at the NCAA East Regional (5/27 - 5/29).
2020 XC: Paced Duke and finished sixth overall at the season-opening Virginia Tech Invitational (9/25) with a 6K time of 21:03.4 ... set a personal-record 5K time of 16:53.9Â to place second at the Panorama Farms Invitational (10/16) ... earned All-ACC honors with a fourth-place finish at the conference championships (10/30), posting a PR time of 20:19.3 on the 6K course ... her finish at ACC's was the highest by a Duke women's runner since 2013 ... named Duke Student-Athlete of the Week following the ACC Championships ... Took home 20th place with a time of 20:44.0 on the 6k course at the FSU Winter XC Classic (2/5) ... Turned in the fastest time among all Duke women with a run of 21:33.9 and a 112th place finish at the NCAA Championships (3/15).
2019-20 T&F: Appeared in five meets during the indoor season ... took first overall in the mile run at the season-opening Dick Taylor Carolina Challenge (1/11) with a time of 4:50.11 ... earned two top finishes at the Dr. Sander Columbia Challenge (1/23-25), pacing the field in the 3000m with a finishing time of 9:18.56 while helping the distance medley relay squad take first at 11:15.47 ... ran a PR mile time of 4:43.77 to place eighth at the Camel City Invite (2/8) ... claimed silver in the 3000m at the ACC Indoor Championship with a PR finish at 9:13.13, earning All-ACC First Team status in the process (2/29) ... picked up All-ACC Second Team earlier in the weekend (2/27), helping lead the DMR foursome to a fourth-place finishing time of 11:11.96 ... named to the All-ACC Academic Team at the end of the season ... did not compete in any outdoor events due to the season being cut short by the COVID-19 pandemic.
2019 XC: Ran in three races ... made her season debut at the Pre-National Invitational in Terre Haute, Ind. (10/19) by posting a time of 21:01.1 on the 6K course ... took 22nd overall at the ACC Championships (11/1) ... earned All-Southeast Region honors for the second consecutive season after placing 11th at the NCAA Southeast Region Championships (11/15) with a personal-best 6K time of 20:28.8 ... named to the All-ACC Academic Team at the end of the season.
2018-19 T&F: Competed in 11 meets throughout the season, including five indoor and six outdoor … at the Dick Taylor Carolina Cup (1/12), finished first in the DMR with a time of 12:25.50 (1/12) … won first place at the Hokie Invitational (1/18) in the 3000m (9:38.79) and the DMR (11:32.90) … placed fourth at the Clemson Tiger Paw Invitational (2/8) in the mile, clocking a time of 4:47.92 … set a personal record in the 3000m at the ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/21), logging a time of 9:29.29 and finishing eighth … at the Raleigh Relays (3/29), clocked a personal best 3000m steeple chase time of 10:26.77, garnering sixth place … at the Duke Invitational (4/19), earned third in the 5000m with a personal best mark of 16:17.01 … finished second in the 1500m at the Virginia Grand Prix (4/26), registering a PR time of 4:25.12 … placed 15th in the 5000m (16:31.48) at the ACC Outdoor Championships (5/9) … ran the 5000m at the NCAA Division I East Preliminary (5/23), clocking a time of 16:38.83 and finishing 22nd ... earned All-ACC Second Team honors in the DMR during the indoor season.
2018 XC: Participated in four meets … finished in 23rd in the 5K at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational (9/28) with a time of 17:31.2 … ran a 6k time of 20:58.5 at the ACC Championships (10/26), earning 20th and All-ACC Second Team honors … competed in 6K at the NCAA Division I Southeast Region Cross Country Championships (11/9), finishing with a time of 20:34.2 and placing 20th to garner all-region status.
2017 XC: Participated in six races during the fall campaign of her freshman season, notching top-two finishes for the Blue Devils in each of the races she ran … opened her collegiate career in impressive fashion, posting a second-place overall finish in the Bull City Classic (9/1) with a 4K time of 13:47 to help Duke secure a first-place victory in shutout fashion … earned a fifth-place overall finish at the Adidas XC Invitational (9/15) with a 5K time of 17:12.4 as Duke secured a second-place team finish … posted a 6K time of 20:33 as the first Blue Devil to cross the finish line in the Paul Short Invitational (9/29), helping Duke finish seventh among 42 teams … recorded a 6K time of 20:58.6 at the Pre Nationals (10/14) as the Blue Devils earned a 14th place team finish in the 43-team competition … eclipsed a personal-best 6K time in the ACC Cross Country Championships (10/27), posting a time of 20:32.4 as the first Blue Devil to cross in a seventh place finish for Duke … finished with a 6K time of 21:16.2 in the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships (11/10) as the second finisher for Duke, helping the Blue Devils finish 10th among 37 teams to close out the fall season.
