It is strictly prohibited to bring alcohol into Cameron Indoor Stadium. Individuals violating this policy are subject to ejection from the stadium.
There is no ATM inside Cameron Indoor Stadium. A Duke Federal Credit Union ATM is located by the Johnson Family Team Store located at in the Scott Family Athletic Performance Center. The ATM only dispenses cash ($20 increments) and does not take deposits.
Banners and signs are permitted inside Cameron Indoor Stadium. However, per NCAA Guidelines, no banners or signs may be hung from railings, etc. in-venue during the championship. The NCAA and Duke University reserves the right to prohibit or require the cessation of any display of a banner or sign that can be considered an advertisement, obstructs the view of other guests, obscures championship signage, or is determined to be obscene, vulgar, indecent, inappropriate or derogatory.
Hand-held still cameras are permitted for personal use only. No cameras with a lens longer than four (4) inches are permitted without proper media credentials. Video cameras and live streaming of competition action are not permitted during the NCAA Men’s & Women’s Fencing Championships.
A great variety of food items and Coca-Cola products will be available behind Section 6 at the concessions stand operated by Trident Provisions. All concession stands are CASHLESS - credit/debit cards only.
The NCAA and Duke Athletics expects all guests to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times before, during, and after the competition. Guests should contact Duke Athletics staff or a police officer if they feel someone is not acting appropriately. Violators are subject to ejection and possible arrest. Repeated offenses will result in the loss of season or student ticket privileges. To report game day problems, unruly guests, or suspicious activity:
General public doors to Cameron Indoor Stadium open one (1) hour prior to the start of competition each day.
All purses, bags, and strollers are subject to search upon entering Cameron Indoor Stadium on game day. For more information on what is allowed in Cameron Indoor Stadium on game day, please see Prohibited Items section below in this guide. Please read carefully below to identify the proper entrance into Cameron Indoor Stadium and note the entrance opening times and other information relative to that entrance.
Please note that Rubenstein Pavilion will be closed from Friday, March 17 - Monday, March 27. The Duke Basketball Museum and Hall of Fame will also be closed Tuesday, March 21 - Monday, March 27.
During any emergency inside the stadium, follow the directions of the PA announcer, Duke Athletics staff, and emergency responders. Always designate a pre-determined location both inside and outside the stadium to meet friends and family in case you get separated or in the event of an emergency.
Upon arriving at your seat location, first find the nearest exit and then locate an alternate exit in case of emergency:
If you see or become aware of any activity that is unusual, suspicious or causes you concern, report the activity to the nearest police officer or event staff.
Emergency vehicles may be present in and around the stadium. Please do not obstruct the path of travel of an emergency vehicle or interfere with any of their operations. Vehicles blocking emergency vehicles, exits, or traffic are subject to being towed at the owner's expense. Please do not obstruct any exits or exit pathways.
Monitor the weather prior to the championship. Take the necessary precautions to protect your family and friends should severe weather be encountered before, during, or after the competition.
Therapy dogs, emotional support dogs, and companion dogs are not Service Animals as defined by the ADA and are not permitted inside Cameron Indoor Stadium during competition.
For first aid and emergency medical services, please see the nearest Championship Staff Member. Emergency Medical Operations are staffed by Duke Life Flight, Durham County EMS and Duke EMS. AEDs are available at Cameron Indoor Stadium. In case of emergency, please contact the nearest Event Staff or police officer for assistance or call Duke Police at 919-684-2444 or Durham Police at 9-1-1.
Outside food and beverage are prohibited. (Exceptions: Medical reasons, including pregnancy).
Duke University and Duke University Athletics are committed to promoting a safe environment for all game day guests. Guests are encouraged to make the right choice for their own safety and the safety of others around them.
Duke will continue to prioritize the health and safety of our extended community. We strongly encourage all individuals to be fully vaccinated before attending events on the Duke University campus. No proof of vaccination will be required for athletic events.

There is a lactation room (Room 102) located on the lower level of Cameron Indoor Stadium on the southeast corner off of the south lobby.
Items found should be turned in to the nearest police officer or event staff. Items turned into police or event staff will be taken to the home player-guest ticket window in Rubenstein Pavilion. Guests trying to locate items on game day should contact the nearest staff member. In general, to inquire about lost items please contact Duke Game Operations at 919-668-5658 or email at duaa-gameops@duke.edu. Unclaimed lost and found items will be retained for thirty (30) days following the event. After that time, any unclaimed items will be discarded.
Be sure to show your NCAA Pride by purchasing officially-licensed NCAA souvenirs at the Merchandise stands located at Section 5 on the upper concourse. The NCAA Merchandise stands open when doors open to Cameron Indoor Stadium one (1) hour prior to tip-off. The Johnson Family Team Store located inside the Scott Family Athletic Performance Center is also open during the Championship. For the safety and game day experience of all guests, the following items are prohibited from entering the stadium:
For the safety of all in attendance, bags/items are not permitted to be left unattended outside of Cameron Indoor Stadium. Unattended bags/items found outside the stadium will be dealt with in a manner deemed appropriate by stadium officials, including but not limited to disposal. Duke University and Duke Athletics are not responsible for loss of any unattended items.
Duke University reserves the right to deny anyone or anything from entering the stadium. Any such items should be returned to your vehicle and/or discarded. All guests are subject to search before entering the stadium.
Guests may exit and re-enter with a valid championship ticket for the day of competition.
Restrooms in Cameron Indoor Stadium open when doors open one (1) hour prior to the start of competition.
Men’s restrooms are located behind Sections 1 and 9 on the upper level and on the lower level behind Section 18 in the North Lobby and room 108 in the South Lobby.
Women's restrooms are located behind Sections 4, 6 and 12 on the upper level, on the lower level in the southwest corner between Sections 17 and 20 and in the South Lobby Room 107. All men's and women's restrooms are accessible for guests with disabilities.
Gender Neutral Accessible Family Restrooms: There are two gender neutral accessible family restrooms (Room 103T and Room 104T) located on the lower level of Cameron Indoor Stadium on the southeast corner off the south lobby. The restroom is accessible for guests with disabilities, unisex and provides a changing table for families with small children.
Duke University Athletics welcomes trained Service Animals to Cameron Indoor Stadium. A Service Animal is a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability. A Service Animal must be under the control of the handler at all times. A Service Animal must be leashed or tethered unless doing so would interfere with the task that it was trained to perform for the individual with a disability. A Service Animal must not show aggression toward people or other animals. A Service Animal does not bark, growl, or whine unless trained to do so as a warning sign to the handler. A Service Animal does not solicit foot or other items from the general public. A Service Animal’s work does not disrupt the normal course of business. Service Animals should wear current rabies vaccination tags at all times or provide proof of vaccination upon request. If a Service Animal is found in violation of these guidelines, the Service Animal will be excluded from the facility. Note: Therapy dogs, emotional support dogs, and companion dogs are not Service Animals as defined by the ADA and are not permitted inside Cameron Indoor Stadium during competition.
In North Carolina, Service Animals in Training have the same access rights as people with disabilities using a Service Animal. The Service Animal in Training must wear a collar and leash, harness or cape that identifies it as a Service Animal in Training. Service Animals in Training should wear current rabies vaccination tags at all times or provide proof of vaccination upon request. The trainer is liable for any damage caused by the animal while on Duke University property. Service Animals in Training must be under the control of the handler at all times, must be housebroken, and must follow all behavior guidelines established for fully trained Service Animals. If the Service Animal in Training is found in violation of these guidelines, the Service Animal in Training will be excluded from the facility.
Duke University is a Tobacco-Free Campus, including game days in Cameron Indoor Stadium. The policy prohibits the use of all tobacco-based products, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, chewing tobacco, snuff, and electronic smoking devices (including e-cigarettes, vaping products, and IQOS). Stadium lighting effects may be used during the semifinal and final rounds of the championship. Guests suffering from epilepsy or other visual light simulation effects are advised to see stadium medical staff in the southwest corner of the court between Sections 17 and 20.
Per NCAA Championship guidelines, every individual two (2) years of age or older must have a game ticket for admission to the First Four/First and Second Rounds. Children younger than two (2) years of age do not need a ticket provided that they sit on a lap of a ticketed adult. All tickets will be scanned upon entry at stadium doors. Tickets are available through the Duke Ticket Office website at www.goduke.com/tickets. During the championship, ticket sales will be available at the South Hall of Honor Entrance to Cameron Indoor Stadium. Please note that tickets for the NCAA Men’s & Women’s Fencing Championship will be digital tickets that should be downloaded into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet prior to arriving at the stadium. Ticket Prices
Umbrellas are permitted inside Cameron Indoor Stadium. For the courtesy and safety all guests we ask that umbrellas are not opened inside Cameron Indoor Stadium. Please store your umbrellas under your seat so as to not affect the guests sitting around you. Umbrellas should not be left outside of Cameron Indoor Stadium or in the concourses.
All championship competition video footage rights are property of the NCAA. Video cameras and live streaming of competition are not permitted during the NCAA Men’s & Women’s Fencing Championships.
Wheelchairs and assistive devices are permitted in Cameron Indoor Stadium. The South Hall of Honor entrance to Cameron Indoor Stadium is accessible. An elevator in Rubenstein Pavilion provides access to the lobby and upper concourse (behind Section 2). Other assistive devices (including walkers) may be just outside the section vomitory on the upper level concourse. These devices may not impede aisles, walkways, or section entrances. Please see Championship Staff at the entrance to your seating section for assistance with any devices.
