Season Tickets

Iron Dukes members contributing to the Iron Dukes Annual Fund at Stadium Level or above are eligible to apply for men’s basketball season tickets. The projected Stadium Level minimum donation for a pair of tickets is $8,000 per year with a three-year commitment. Priority levels as of July 20 will determine ticket allocation for the season. Eligible members will receive a season ticket application the first week of August and must return it by August 20. If demand exceeds supply, Iron Dukes priority will be used to accommodate new season ticket requests. Season tickets are purchased separately; contact the Duke Athletics Ticket Office at (919) 681-BLUE with questions.

Seating in Cameron Indoor Stadium

After the application process, available seats are allocated using the Iron Dukes priority system, which considers a member’s annual gift to the Iron Dukes Annual Fund, cumulative athletics giving and years of continuous Iron Dukes membership. Allocation begins at the top of the priority list and continues down. View the Cameron Indoor Stadium seating map to review locations and pricing tiers, or contact the Duke Athletics Ticket Office with questions.

Ticket Waitlist for Single-Game Requests

The Duke Men’s Basketball Waitlist is the official source for authenticated tickets to home games when availability permits. Duke fans may request individual home and away game tickets, with priority given to Iron Dukes members before general public requests are fulfilled. The waitlist aims to place fans in seats that would otherwise go unused when season ticket holders cannot attend, and becomes active when basketball season begins.

Requests may be fulfilled with standing-room-only tickets or seats returned by season ticket holders, with locations and prices varying by game. The Duke Athletics Ticket Office manages ticket returns, requests and distribution throughout the season. Season ticket holders are encouraged to return unused tickets to the Ticket Office for an Iron Dukes gift-in-kind credit. Ticket availability is not guaranteed, and offers may be made as late as game day.

ACC & NCAA Tournament Tickets

Postseason ticket priority for ACC and NCAA Tournament games is based on factors such as allotted ticket quantities, game locations and opponents. Projected priority levels as of December 31 will be used, and Iron Dukes members will receive tournament ticketing information in the weeks prior to each event with instructions for placing requests through the Ticket Office.

Membership & Ticket Purchase Rights

Iron Dukes members who wish to purchase men’s basketball season tickets must make annual contributions to the Annual Fund in amounts determined by Duke Athletics. Under current tax law, donations that directly or indirectly provide the right to seating at a Duke athletic event are not tax deductible. Gifts from donor-advised funds, private foundations, other charitable organizations, employer matching gift programs, IRA charitable rollovers and appreciated securities do not satisfy required contributions tied to ticket purchase rights. Duke may accept such gifts, but ticket purchase rights will not be conveyed and donors may receive no more than incidental benefits.

Ticket Resale Policy

Ticket scalping and unauthorized resale are strictly prohibited by Duke University policy. Violations may result in loss of ticket purchasing privileges for all Duke Athletics events, including ACC Tournament and NCAA competitions, and any remaining tickets may be voided without refund. Season ticket holders are encouraged to use the Ticket Waitlist when unable to attend.
