TO RETURN TICKETS:
To return tickets, please complete the following steps:
1. Access the automated Duke Men's Basketball Ticket Waitlist by visiting www.goduke.com/tickets
2. Once on the site, click on “Login” at the top of the page. There, you will login into your account using your Iron Dukes login and password. If you do not know your login and/or password, please call the Duke Athletics Ticket Office at 919-681-6767.
3. Once you login, click on 'Mange My Account' at the top of the page.
4. Under my tickets, on the right side of the page select 'Return'.
5. You will be redirected to a page where you select the game you would like return. Here you may select all of the eligible tickets and parking passes (one game at a time)available to give back. You may make selections per game and per seat.
6. Once finished, select the 'Next' at the bottom of the page.
7. Once you have donated a ticket, it will no longer be in your account, and the original ticket will be voided.
After completing all of the steps, you will receive a confirmation email that states your return was successful. If you do not receive this email, please contact the Duke Athletics Ticket Office. For all returned tickets you are eligible to receive gift-in-kind credit. Please note the online return must take place prior to the contest.
All gift-in-kind credits will occur at the conclusion of the Men's Basketball Season.
For each seat and parking pass donated to the Duke Men's Basketball Ticket Waitlist, Iron Dukes Gift credit* will be given to the donor.
*Note: Iron Dukes Gift credit will be given AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE BASKETBALL SEASON at face value. The tax-deductible amount is limited to the actual price paid for the tickets and/or parking pass. For further information on tax deductions, please consult a tax advisor.
LOST/DUPLICATE TICKETS
There will be a $20.00 fee for processing lost or duplicated tickets; this includes your tickets being duplicated for another person to use. Contact the Duke Athletic Ticket Office at 919-681-6767 if you need to have your tickets duplicated.
