2020-21 T&F: Opened the indoor season with a first place finish in the 800m, recording a time of 2:10.36, while taking home fourth place with a personal best time of 2:47.84 in the 1000m at the Virginia Tech Invitational (1/22) ... Took home a third place finish in the mile with a time of 4:51.76, while taking a seventh place finish in the 800m with a time of 2:08.99 at the Doc Hale Virginia Tech Elite (2/5) ... Set a personal best in the mile with a run of 4:47.29 and a third place finish, while taking sixth place in the 800m with a time of 2:07.78 at the Tiger Paw Invite (2/12) ... Picked up her second win of the season with a first place finish in the 800m at the Camel City Invitational (2/19) ... Set a personal best and earned All-ACC Second Team honors with a sixth place finish and run of 2:05.20 in the 800m at the ACC Indoor Championships (2/25) ... Qualified for the NCAA Indoor Championships for the first time and finished ninth with a run of 2:05.74 in the 800m (3/11) ... Finished 17th in the 800m with a time of 2:07.73 at the Virginia Challenge (4/17) ... Set a season best in the 800m, taking first place with a mark of 2:07.66 at Duke Twilight (5/3) ... Recorded an outdoor PR in the 800m preliminaries, running a time of 2:05.41 and finishing sixth overall in the final to add All-ACC honors, helping the Blue Devil women win their first ACC title at the ACC Outdoor Championships (5/13 - 5/15) ... 2020 XC: Named a team captain prior to the start of her senior season ... competed in three meets during the fall campaign ... placed 25th overall at the Virginia Tech Invitational (9/25) with a 6K time of 22:27.7 ... finished 10th in the field at the Panorama Farms Invitational (10/16) with a personal-best 5K time of 17:31.1 ... ran her 6K in 22:26.7 at the ACC Championships (10/30).
2019-20 T&F: Appeared in five meets during the indoor season, competing in the mile and distance medley relay ... opened the campaign with a second-place mile time of 4:57.59 at the Carolina Challenge (1/11) ... helped the women's DMR team take first place with a time of 11:15.47 at the Dr. Sander Columbia Challenge (1/24) ... placed fourth in the mile with a time of 4:51.0 at the Camel City Invitational (2/7) ... part of a DMR quartet that clocked 11:13.71 to take third at the JDL DMR Invitational (2/21) ... earned second-team All-ACC honors at the ACC Indoor Championships (2/27), finishing the DMR in 11:11.96 alongside Brittany Aveni, Lauren Hoffman and Michaela Reinhart ... also ran a season-best mile time of 4:48.88 at ACC's ... did not compete in any outdoor events due to the season being cut short by the COVID-19 pandemic.
2019 XC: Ran in five meets during the 2019 fall campaign ... opened the season with a fifth-place result at the Elon Opener (8/30), posting a 4K time of 14:25.8 ... ran her 6K in 22:03.1 at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational (9/20), good for a 12th-place finish overall ... recorded a PR time in the 6K at the NCAA Southeast Region Championships (11/15), clocking 21:37.0.
2018-19 T&F: Competed in nine meets, including five indoor and four outdoor … took second and set a PR time of 9:49.63 in the 3000m at the Dick Taylor Carolina Cup (1/12) … at the Hokie Invitational (1/18), placed first with a personal best time of 2:13.06 in the 800m … finished second in the mile at the Camel City Invitational (2/1), clocking a time of 4:51.58 … notched a fifth-place time of 11:15.82 in the DMR at the ACC Indoor Championships (2/21) … earned fifth in the 1500m (4:30.54) at the Virginia Grand Prix (4/26) … totaled a time of 4:34.14 in the 1500m at the ACC Outdoor Championships, finishing 22nd.
2017-18 T&F: Competed in five races during the fall season of her freshman campaign … posted a solid outing in her collegiate debut, recording a 4K time of 14:05 in the Bull City Classic (9/1) to finish fourth overall and help Duke claim the first-place shutout victory in the season opener … eclipsed a personal-best time in the Adidas XC Invitational (9/15) with a 5K time of 18:19.9 to help the Blue Devils earn a second-place team finish … posted a 5K time of 18:40 in the Royals Challenge (9/29) as one of Duke’s three runners in the competition … notched a personal-best time in the ECU Pirates Invite (10/13) with a 6K time of 22:29.24 as one of Duke’s three participants in the race … recorded a 6K time of 22:47.8 in the ACC Championships (10/27) as the Blue Devils finished seventh overall.
