DURHAM, N.C. – After posting a 3.456 cumulative GPA during the 2024-25 term, the Duke women's basketball team picked up Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) Academic Team Special Mention honors, as announced by the organization Tuesday.
11 of Duke's 16 student-athletes posted GPAs of 3.0 or higher across both semesters, spearheaded by
Emma Koabel's 4.0.
The WBCA Academic Top 25 highlights college women's basketball teams across the nation in their respective divisions that carry the highest combined GPAs inclusive of all student-athletes on their rosters for the entire season. The 2024-25 season is the 30th in which the WBCA has compiled the honor rolls.
