DURHAM, N.C. – The Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) announced its final team and individual rankings of the season with Duke's doubles duo of sophomoreÂ
Cooper Williams and graduateÂ
Theo Winegar finishing third nationally and earning All-America honors.

Per ITA criteria, All-America doubles status is awarded to teams that finish in the top 10 of the final rankings.

It is the second consecutive year a Blue Devil pair received doubles All-America recognition withÂ

Pedro Rodenas earning the honor in 2024.Â

Williams and Winegar were dominant throughout the dual match season, finishing with a 11-2 overall record, including a 8-0 mark against ranked opponents, and closed the year on a six-match unbeaten streak.

The Blue Devil tandem capped the season with key victories in the postseason. In the ACC Championship, they defeated No. 21 Sebastian Dominko and Chase Thompson of Notre Dame (6-4), No. 6 Braden Shick and Fons Van Sambeek of NC State (6-4) and Stanford's Nico Godsick and Hudson Rivera (6-2). In their final match, they earned a 6-3 win over ninth-ranked Alex Kotzen and Alejandro Moreno of Tennessee.
