DURHAM, N.C. -- ESPN's College GameDay Covered by State Farm is scheduled to make a record 14th trip to Cameron Indoor Stadium on Saturday, Feb. 1, for the first Duke vs. North Carolina game of the 2024-25 season.

Pete Thamel will make its 14th appearance at Cameron Indoor, the most visits to a venue by the GameDay program, leading North Carolina (12) and Kansas (12). Including the upcoming Feb. 1 show, Duke's 29 total appearances on College GameDay are the most of any program, ahead of North Carolina (27), Kansas (23) and Kentucky (22).
The morning show will be live from Cameron Indoor Stadium for a two-hour program that begins at 10 a.m. on ESPN. Admission for College GameDay is free and further information with the schedule of events will be available on

No. 2 Duke (16-2, 8-0 ACC) and North Carolina (12-8, 5-3 ACC) meet for the 263rd time on Saturday, Feb. 1. Tip off is scheduled for 6:30 p.m., and will be broadcast live on ESPN.
