CHARLOTTE, N.C. — With the regular season now in the rearview mirror, the 2024 Ally ACC Women's Basketball Tournament bracket was released with Duke earning the No. 7 seed and a single-bye into Thursday's second round.
The tournament features all 15 ACC teams and 14 games, beginning with three first-round matchups on Wednesday. Four second-round games are scheduled for Thursday, followed by the quarterfinals on Friday, semifinals on Saturday and the championship game on Sunday at 1 p.m. on ESPN.
Duke concluded the 2023-24 regular season with an overall record of 19-10 and an 11-7 mark in ACC play. The Blue Devils boasted the ACC's top defense for the second consecutive season, posted four wins over top-25 opponents and spent much of the season ranked top five in the NCAA in blocks.
The Blue Devils will take the court on Thursday, March 7 at 5 p.m., live on ACC Network, facing the winner of Wednesday's first round game between 10-seed Georgia Tech and 15-seed Pitt.
Every game of the 2024 Ally ACC Women's Basketball Tournament will air live on ACC Network prior to the Sunday championship game on ESPN. Tickets may be purchased at theacc.com/tickets or Ticketmaster.com.
The Greensboro Coliseum will play host to the 2024 Ally ACC Women's Basketball Tournament for the 24th time in the last 25 years. This year's tournament includes five teams in the latest Associated Press (AP) Poll and nine teams in the top 50 of the latest NCAA NET rankings, tying for the most among all conferences.
