SAN ANTONIO, Texas – Recent Duke women's golf signee
Avery McCrery carded a tied for fourth-place finish this week at the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) Rolex Tournament of Champions, which was contested at the TPC San Antonio Canyons Course in San Antonio.
A native of Wilmington, Del., McCrery totaled her 22nd top five placement as she carded rounds of 73, 71, 71 and 71 for a 72-hole ledger of 286. She carded 14 birdies and one eagle over four days of play.
Amelie Zalsman won the title with a 6-under, 282.
McCrery is scheduled to next compete in the Dixie Amateur Dec. 12-15.
