DURHAM – Ten members of the Duke volleyball team were selected to the All-ACC Academic Team for the 2023 campaign, as announced by the league office Wednesday.
The Blue Devils honored were
Christina Barrow,
Madison Bryant, Lizzie Fleming, Gracie Johnson, Kerry Keefe, Millie Muir, Rachel Richardson, Jess Robinson, Nikki Underwood and
Emma Worthington.
All 15 ACC volleyball programs were represented on the All-ACC Academic Team with Boston College leading the conference with 14 selections, followed by Pitt (13), Wake Forest (12), Notre Dame (11), Virginia (11), Duke (10), Louisville (10) and Virginia Tech (10).
Academic requirements for selection to the All-ACC Academic Team are a 3.0-grade point average for the previous semester and a 3.0 cumulative average during one's academic career. In addition, student-athletes must compete in at least 50 percent of their team's contests.
The Blue Devils finished the 2023 campaign 19-10 overall and 10-8 in conference play.
The ACC Honor Roll, which recognizes all conference student-athletes with a grade point average of 3.0 for the current academic year, will be released in July.
