DURHAM – Six total home dates and eight contests against teams who participated in a bowl game a season ago highlight the 2024 Duke football schedule released Wednesday by the ACC office.

The Blue Devils open their 2024 campaign hosting Elon on Friday, August 31 at Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium before heading on the road to Big Ten foe Northwestern on Saturday, September 7. Â

The following weekend, Duke returns to Durham for a home game against Connecticut on Saturday, September 14. The Blue Devils then close their out-of-conference slate with a road test at Middle Tennessee State on Saturday, September 21.

To begin ACC play, Duke welcomes North Carolina on Saturday, September 28 for its centennial celebration and homecoming weekend.

The Blue Devils are then on the road at Georgia Tech on Saturday, October 5, before their first open date on October 12. Duke returns to action when it hosts Florida State and SMU on Friday, October 18 and Saturday, October 26, respectively.

The next two weekends feature road contests at Miami (Saturday, November 2) and NC State (Saturday, November 9) before one final open date on November 16.

Duke then welcomes Virginia Tech for its home finale on Saturday, November 23 prior to concluding the regular season on the road at Wake Forest on Saturday, November 30.
