DURHAM – After being on the road for nearly a month, the 11th-ranked Duke women's tennis team will return home to Durham to host a pair of ACC opponents this week. The Blue Devils (11-2, 1-1 ACC) will host 14th-ranked Notre Dame (9-3, 1-1) on Friday, March 3 at 5 p.m., followed by Louisville (7-4, 0-2) on Sunday, March 5 at 11 a.m. The matches are slated to be played outside in the Ambler Tennis Stadium, but if needed will be moved into the Sheffield Indoor Tennis Center.
The Series with Notre Dame
Duke and Notre Dame will meet for the 29th time in school history with the Blue Devils leading the series by a 25-3 ledger. In matches played in Durham, Duke holds an 8-0 record. The Blue Devils own a 12-match winning streak in the series with the last loss coming in 2009 in Orlando, Fla. (5-2).
Scouting Notre Dame
Notre Dame owns a 9-3 overall and 1-1 ACC record on the season under head coach Alison Silverio. The No. 14 ranked Irish opened ACC action this past weekend with a win at Clemson (4-1) and a loss at Georgia Tech (5-2).

The Series with Louisville
Duke and Louisville will meet for the 10th time in school history with the Blue Devils leading the series, 9-0. In matches played in Durham, Duke holds a 5-0 record.
Scouting Louisville
Louisville owns a 7-4 overall and 0-2 ACC record. The Cardinals opened ACC play this past weekend with a pair of losses against Clemson (3-4) and Georgia Tech (7-0).
What is Next?
Duke will next hit the road for a pair of ACC matches at Clemson (March 10) and at Georgia Tech (March 12). The contest against the Tigers will open at 3 p.m., while the Yellow Jackets meeting will feature a first serve at 12 p.m.

Chloe Beck has a 17-match regular season winning streak against ACC foes dating back to her sophomore campaign. Beck went 13-0 last season becoming just the fourth Blue Devil to go undefeated in ACC play with 10 or more wins. She opened 2-0 this past weekend with a pair of wins at Virginia Tech and Virginia. Overall, Beck has notched a 26-2 ACC singles mark and 19-4 ACC doubles ledger.

Doubles Play
After winning the doubles point in the first eight matches, Duke has dropped the doubles point in three out of the last five contests. The Blue Devils have lost two of those matches (Oklahoma and Virginia).
Playing at Home
Duke features a 19-match home winning streak, which ranks as the seventh-longest in school history. The Blue Devils are 8-0 at home this season. The longest streaks in school history are – 54 (2017-21), 28 (2008-10), 28 (2011-13), 26 (2002-04), 22 (1990-92) and 21 (2014-15).
In the ACC, Duke's 19-match winning streak ranks second as North Carolina owns a 69-match streak dating back to 2018.

Duke is currently ranked No. 11 in the ITA poll, which is sponsored by Tennis-Point. With the preseason top-10 ranking, the Blue Devils have been listed in the top 10 in seven straight years under the direction of head coach
Jamie Ashworth. In his 27th season at the helm, Ashworth has guided Duke to a total of 20 top-10 preseason rankings since 2001.

Beck Earns Honors
After collecting a 3-0 ledger in singles at the ITA National Team Indoors,
Chloe Beck earned ACC Co-Player of the Week honors on Feb. 21. At the No. 1 singles position, Beck helped lead Duke to wins against No. 6 Stanford and versus host Washington. Beck registered an impressive win over Stanford's third-ranked Connie Ma, 6-4, 6-3, as the Blue Devils won, 4-3, as a team. Her two-set victory over Washington clinched the match for Duke.
Beck and her partner,
Cameron Morra, were leading all three of their doubles matches, 4-2, 4-3, 5-3, before the doubles point was clinched.
Both Beck and Morra have each been selected ACC Player of the Week this season.
