Dariq Whitehead, who has overcome two injuries this season and is emerging as a key rotation player for the Blue Devils in the home stretch.
Whitehead, a freshman from Newark, N.J., has made nine of his last 13 (.692) and 19 of his last 38 (.500) from three-point range -- a torrid stretch that his him nearing 40% from the perimeter on the season. The freshman should play a key role in attacking Syracuse's zone defense Saturday night at the JMA Wireless Dome.
