DURHAM – Duke women's basketball head coach
Kara Lawson has announced the signing of four transfers that have signed scholarship agreements to attend Duke and play for the Blue Devils in 2022-23.
The incoming transfers include rising graduate student
Mia Heide (Tulane), rising sophomore
Reigan Richardson (Georgia), rising junior
Kennedy Brown (Oregon State) and rising grad transfer
Taya Corosdale (Oregon State).

• Started all 31 games for Tulane as a senior in 2021-22
• Averaged 8.6 points, 5.9 rebounds and led the team with 48 blocked shots
• Played in 118 games and made 81 starts in her Tulane career
• For her career, averaged 4.9 points and 5.1 rebounds
• Her 169 blocked shots rank fifth on Tulane's career list
• Earned her undergraduate degree in business management with a minor in marketing from Tulane

• State championship as a senior at The Cannon School

• Appeared in 30 games, making 21 starts as redshirt sophomore at Oregon State
• Averaged 7.9 points and 6.3 rebounds per contest this past season
• Finished the season 12th in the Pac-12 with 1.1 blocks per game
• Missed the entire 2020-21 rehabbing an injury suffered at the end of her freshman season

• Ranked No. 19 nationally out of high school

• Started all 31 games, averaging 31.9 minutes
• Averaged 7.3 points and 7.4 rebounds per game

• Finished the season eight in the Pac-12 in rebounds per game and 13th in the conference in blocks per contest
• Started every game as a junior in 2020-21 and averaged 5.8 points and 4.4 rebounds

• Ranked No. 26 nationally out of high school and was the No. 6 forward
• Earned an undergraduate degree in human development and family sciences with a minor in leadership from Oregon State
Coach Lawson on Corosdale: "I'm excited for the opportunity to coach Taya. She brings tremendous versatility to our roster. She can defend multiple positions. We will be a much better defensive team with Taya on the floor. She can score in a variety of ways. Her size presents issues in certain matchups. I expect her to be an all-around contributor from Day 1."
