DURHAM – The Duke women's golf program is set to conclude regular season action at the Wolfpack Match Play Invitational, which will take place April 3-4 at Lonnie Pool Golf Course in Raleigh, N.C.
A total of eight teams will compete over the two days in match play. Seeing action will be South Carolina (No. 1), Florida State (No. 2), Duke (No. 3), Virginia Tech (No. 4), Louisville (No. 5), North Carolina (No. 6), NC State (No. 7) and Notre Dame (No. 8). The seeds for the event are in parentheses. Â
Duke is seeded No. 3 and faces No. 6 seed North Carolina in round one, which will open at 8:50 a.m. If the Blue Devils win, they will advance to face the winner of Florida State/NC State on Sunday afternoon beginning at 1:50 p.m.
If Duke falls in its first match, the Blue Devils won't play again until Monday, April 4 at 8:50 a.m., in the consolation portion of the bracket. Â
