PINEHURST, N.C. – The Duke men's golf team returns to the state of North Carolina for the Wake Forest Invitational, which begins Monday morning at Pinehurst No. 2.
The 54-hole event played in the cradle of American golf is set for 36 holes of continuous play on Monday with the final round on Tuesday. Pinehurst No. 2, which has hosted three U.S. Opens, a Ryder Cup and a PGA Championship, will play at 7,125 yards (par 70) for the tournament.
Duke is joined by the host Wake Forest, along with Augusta, Clemson, East Tennessee State, East Carolina, Iowa, Kentucky, NC State, San Francisco and Yale in the event.

Kelly Chinn rounding out the lineup. Duke is paired with Kentucky and Augusta for Monday's action. The teams will be off tees 5, 6, 7 and 8 at 8:30 a.m. for a shotgun start.
Riley is coming off a third-place finish at the Wolfpack Invitational last week at Lonnie Poole Golf Club where he carded a 1-over 145 for the 36-hole event. The senior from Raleigh also turned in a top-10 finish at the Watersound Invitational in late February.
