Women’s 50th Celebration Registration Opens

DURHAM – Registration for Duke Athletics' 50 Years of Women's Varsity Athletics Celebration is now open. The event, held in conjunction with Duke Alumni Engagement and Development's biennial Women's Weekend, is scheduled for March 2-4, 2023.
Duke Athletics will be represented in various sessions throughout Women's Weekend including:
• A Friday evening welcome reception for former Duke women varsity athletes and other special guests
• A plenary session Saturday morning featuring Nina King
• A Saturday morning moderated panel of current Duke female student-athletes
• A Saturday afternoon adult sports clinic
The Friday evening reception will be invitation only, while all other events will be included in the Women's Weekend registration. For more information on Women's Weekend 2023, visit www.dukewomensweekend.com.
A biennial conference for alumnae, faculty members, administrative leaders and current students, Women's Weekend brings together hundreds of Blue Devils to share their experiences, impart wisdom and cultivate relationships.
Originally slated for Feb. 2, 2022, the event was postponed due to health and safety concerns surrounding the Omicron variant of COVID-19. The March 2023 celebration replaces the event scheduled for June 2022.
