RESULTS

DURHAM - The Duke swimming and diving squad swept South Carolina at the Taishoff Aquatic Center on Friday evening. The Blue Devils women's team (3-0) earned a 187-113 victory, while the men's squad (2-1) defeated the Gamecocks, 182-116.

NOTABLES

Duke swimming and diving appeared on the podium in all but one event Friday evening at the Taishoff Aquatic Center.
The Blue Devils led both the men's and women's meet wire-to-wire, while the women's squad picked up its second Top-25 victory this season.
The women's 200-yard medley relay team of Emma Shuppert, Kaelyn Gridley, Aleyna Ozkan and McKenna Smith dropped their season time by 1.16 seconds.
Sophomore diver Will McCollum posted a season-high score for the Blue Devils in the one-meter event (322.80) a zone qualifying score.
Freshman diver Yannis Schattman collected his second zone score of the season in the three-meter event, diving a 344.18 to take first place.
