DURHAM - The Duke swimming and diving squad swept South Carolina at the Taishoff Aquatic Center on Friday evening. The Blue Devils women's team (3-0) earned a 187-113 victory, while the men's squad (2-1) defeated the Gamecocks, 182-116.

- Duke swimming and diving appeared on the podium in all but one event Friday evening at the Taishoff Aquatic Center.
- The Blue Devils led both the men's and women's meet wire-to-wire, while the women's squad picked up its second Top-25 victory this season.
- The women's 200-yard medley relay team of Emma Shuppert, Kaelyn Gridley, Aleyna Ozkan and McKenna Smith dropped their season time by 1.16 seconds.
- Sophomore diver Will McCollum posted a season-high score for the Blue Devils in the one-meter event (322.80) a zone qualifying score.
- Freshman diver Yannis Schattman collected his second zone score of the season in the three-meter event, diving a 344.18 to take first place.
