Mackenzie Pluck used some fancy footwork outside the box to get space and fired a cross in front of the goal line, but freshman

Quotes
"I thought we played really well. I thought we possessed it in the first half and we did a good job. But we were just not dangerous enough. Once we got into the final third, the quality of service broke down, and our run wasn't hard enough. The girl made a phenomenal save at end of the game. She got down low and made a great save." – Duke head coach
Robbie Church
"Overall, I thought it was a solid performance. We just have to be a little bit more cutthroat in that final third, taking chances, looking for second balls, making hard runs and getting in front of them. So, plenty of things to work on." – Duke head coach
