TULSA, Okla. – Four Blue Devils competed on the opening day of the 2022 ITA All-American Championships at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center on the campus of the University of Tulsa.

Dale earned a 6-1 victory in his opening set against Auburn's Spencer Gray but fell in his next two 7-5, 6-3. Fellow classmate Vallabhaneni dropped his opening match to Antonio Muniz-Hidalgo of Southern Methodist 6-2, 6-3.

In Duke's other two matches on the day, Khan was bested in three sets to Oliver Okonkwo of Illinois 6-3, 3-6, 6-3 and Krug fell to Northwestern's Presley Thieneman 7-5, 6-0.

All four Blue Devils will have one final match on Sunday in the consolation round. Duke opponents for those matches have not been announced yet.
