LAS VEGAS — Former Duke University women's basketball All-American and current member of the Las Vegas Aces of the WNBA Chelsea Gray will compete in the AT&T WNBA All-Star 2021 Wednesday, July 14. The event will be held in Michelob ULTRA Arena at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nev., airing live on ESPN at 7 p.m. (ET). Â
Gray will be representing the United States Women's National Team as the squad goes up against WNBA All-Stars Wednesday. It marks her fourth All-Star nod as she was previously selected in 2017, 2018 and 2019. Â
On the season so far with the Aces, Gray is averaging 11.5 points, 6.1 assists, 3.1 rebounds and 1.1 steals, while starting all 21 contests she has played. She's currently ranked No. 2 in the WNBA in assists, while 21st in steals and 30th in scoring. Â
Receiving her first Olympic nod, Gray will become the first Duke women's basketball student-athlete to compete in the Olympics. Â
The United States will next face Australia and Nigeria in exhibition games on July 16 and 18, respectively, in Las Vegas before heading to Tokyo for the Olympics, which will take place July 23 through Aug. 8. Â
