DURHAM, N.C.— Recently we got the sophomore duo of Erica Shepherd and Megan Furtney of the Duke women's golf team together for a little 20 questions with Furtney.
A product of St. Charles, Ill., Furtney has seen action in all three tournaments this spring and is coming off collecting two of her best rounds as a Blue Devils with a three-under-par, 69, and a one-under-par, 71, at the Valspar Augusta Invitational. She is a former Women's Amateur Four-Ball Champion along with Shepherd, while collecting three career AJGA individual titles.
