DURHAM – On Wednesday, the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) released its latest team, individual and doubles rankings and Duke found itself with one doubles pair and three individuals listed.

Of the 80 doubles teams selected, seniorÂ
Sean Sculley and sophomoreÂ
Garrett Johns checked in at No. 12 after compiling a 6-4 overall recording so far on the year, including a 3-1 mark in ACC play.

Johns was also acknowledged in the singles rankings, leading Duke after being slotted No. 92 on the Top-125 list. Senior
Edu Güell followed closely behind at No. 94, while sophomore
Andrew Zhang closed out the Blue Devils honored with a No. 101 ranking.

Zhang leads the team with nine singles wins on the year. Johns, who has played all season on Duke's top court, has composed a 7-2 record in singles action. Güell holds a 5-8 record midway through the year.

As a team, Duke claimed the No. 36 rankings as the Blue Devils sit with a 7-5 overall mark and a 3-1 record in ACC play.

Duke is back in action Friday and Sunday at No. 6 Virginia and No. 38 Virginia Tech, respectively. The Blue Devils first meet up with the Cavaliers on Friday at 3 p.m. at the Sheridan Snyder Tennis Center before traveling to face off against the Hokies on Sunday at 11 a.m. at the Burrows-Burleson Tennis Center.
