DURHAM – Seven members of the Duke women's tennis team were listed in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA)'s final fall singles and doubles rankings, as announced by the ITA Wednesday afternoon.
Chloe Beck leads the way for Duke in singles action at No. 15. The junior from Watkinsville, Ga., improved upon her preseason ranking of 28th and posted a 10-5 record during fall competition, including a 2-3 mark against nationally ranked opponents. Beck had a huge day at the Fall Ranked Spotlight and picked up her first win over a top-10 opponent since beating North Carolina's Cameron Morra (Mar. 19, 2021) as she outlasted then-ranked No. 7 Irina Cantos of Ohio State in a three-set thriller.
Freshmen

Jackson went 10-5 and earned signature wins over then-ranked No. 29 Ayana Akli and No. 49 Sophie Abrahams, in addition to a run to the singles main draw semifinal round at the ITA Regionals.
