Alumni Update…
Kyra Lambert Featured in Hometown Newspaper
Duke graduate and former captain Kyra Lambert was featured in her local newspaper highlighting the "determination and faith" that carried her through a series of injuries during her career at Duke. Lambert had three knee surgeries within two seasons at Duke, but earned 21 starts as a fifth-year this past season. Lambert was granted a sixth year due to her injuries, but has entered the transfer portal to pursue her final year elsewhere.
Basketball: Determination and faith carries Kyra Lambert back to the court for Duke. The Clemens graduate missed two seasons following a series of three knee injuries.

Fab Five
Duke alum and Pittsburgh native Erin Mathias was chosen as part of the Post-Gazette's 2014 "Fab Five" squad. The paper chose the top five players in the WPIAL and City League each year from 1980 to 2020.
