DURHAM, N.C. – The final
Golfweek player and team rankings for the abbreviated 2019-20 college men's golf season are posted, with Duke checking in at No. 12 in the team ratings and two Blue Devils ranked among the top 20 in the player ratings.

Golfweek Coaches Top 25 Poll has not yet been released, but Duke was ranked No. 18 in the most recent poll released March 5, 2020.
Duke was paced by a pair of juniors this season, with
Evan Katz's 70.92 scoring averaging leading the squad, followed by
Adrien Pendaries at 71.00. Katz is rated No. 11 in
Golfweek's Player Ratings, with Pendaries at No. 12. The Blue Devils join Florida and Oklahoma as the only programs with multiple players in the top 15.
Katz shot 10-under par for the season, and played his final three stroke-play tournaments of the year under par – posting top-10 finishes in each of the tournaments. Pendaries also posted three top-10 finishes in 2019-20, including a second-place finish at the
Rod Myers Invitational in the fall.
As a team, the Blue Devils won the Golf Club of Georgia Collegiate in October, finished second at the
Rod Myers Invitational in September, and was the runner-up in a pair of match-play events – the Jack Nicklaus Invitational and the Cypress Point Classic.
