DURHAM, N.C. – On the heels of a wild 10-day stretch that included yet another milestone win for Coach K, three consecutive ACC road wins, an emergency appendectomy, and a comeback for the ages, the Duke Basketball Podcast recaps it all with Associate Head Coach Jon Scheyer and the Voice of Duke Basketball David Shumate.
The Blue Devils' epic win at North Carolina capped a three-game road swing that saw Coach K win his 500th ACC game at Boston College and Scheyer overcome an emergency appendectomy on the morning of the win at Syracuse. Once back in the friendly confines of Cameron Indoor Stadium, Duke survived a heavyweight battle with Florida State in the 49th all-time game at Cameron between AP top 10 teams.
Scheyer and Shumate reminisce about all that, and preview an upcoming stretch that begins Saturday with a surging Notre Dame team.
