DURHAM, N.C. - The Blue Devils (11-9, 5-4) head into the week with two wins under their belt, after knocking off Syracuse and Georgia Tech. Duke will have Thursday off before returning to Cameron Indoor on Sunday as the Blue Devils host NC State at 2 p.m. The next Coach P Radio Show will air Tuesday, Jan. 28 at 6 p.m., live at Tobacco Road Sports Cafe.

The Blue Devils took down Georgia Tech at home, 58-46, in their fourth victory over the last five contests. Graduate Haley Gorecki led Duke with a game-high 18 points, four rebounds, three steals and three assists. Senior Leaonna Odom had 16 points and Onome Akinbode-James added 10 rebounds. Duke held the Yellow Jackets to four fourth quarter points and 40.4 percent shooting for the game.Â

The Duke women's basketball team had an impressive evening on the road at Syracuse, defeating the Orange, 88-58. Senior Leaonna Odom led the Blue Devils with 23 points and 10 rebounds for her third double-double of the season. This was her 13th career double-double. Rookie Jaida Patrick came off the bench to register a career-high 11 points, while graduate Haley Gorecki collected 17 points, nine assists, and five rebounds. Duke's defense help the Orange to only 10 fourth quarter points.Â
