Leitten Undergoes Knee Surgery

DURHAM, N.C. - Duke redshirt freshman offensive tackle Patrick Leitten underwent left knee surgery on Tuesday and will miss the Blue Devils' upcoming game versus Temple in the Walk-On's Independence Bowl on December 27 in Shreveport, La.

The procedure was performed by Dr. Annunziato Amendola of the Duke Sports Science Institute.

A native of Brentwood, Tenn., Leitten saw action in one game this season, playing 13 total snaps in the Duke's regular season finale against Wake Forest.
