DURHAM, N.C. – Duke redshirt senior tight end Daniel Helm hauled in a two-yard scoring pass from backup quarterback Quentin Harris with 18 seconds left in the third period to provide the go-ahead points in the Blue Devils' 20-12 victory over Miami in front of 62,754 fans at Hard Rock Stadium.
The win marked Duke's first at Miami since 1976, when the teams met for the first time, and the Blue Devils' first triumph over the Hurricanes since 2013. In addition, the Blue Devils snapped Miami's 13-game home winning streak and reached bowl eligibility for the sixth time in seven seasons.
Duke Athletics photographers were at Hard Rock Stadium throughout the contest capturing the imagery from game nine.
