DURHAM, N.C. – The Duke men's tennis team opened the ITA Carolina Regional on Friday at the Cary Tennis Park and picked up a pair of victories.
Senior Jason Lapidus won his opening round singles match while freshman Robert Maciag earned a victory in his consolation match to advance to the Round of 32 on Saturday.
The Blue Devils return to the court Saturday at 8:30 a.m. The singles main draw Round of 32, singles consolation Round of 32, doubles Round of 64 and doubles Round of 32 will all be played Saturday.
