Team Notes:
•    Duke suffered only its fourth first-game loss in 28 trips to the NCAA Tournament under head coach Mike Krzyzewski. It was Duke's first such loss as a No. 2 seed.
•    The loss was Duke's first in the NCAA Tournament when playing in Greensboro, N.C., and snaps a 16-game winning streak when playing NCAA Tournament games in the state of North Carolina. Duke is now 12-1 in NCAA Tournament games in Greensboro and 32-5 in NCAA Tournament games in North Carolina.
•    Duke lost back-to-back games for the first time since Feb. 11 & Feb. 15, 2009. Duke was 15-0 following a loss during that span before following the 62-59 ACC Tournament loss to Florida State with tonight's 75-70 loss.
•    Duke falls to 96-32 (.750) all-time in NCAA Tournament play and 79-24 (.767) under Krzyzewski. Duke is the NCAA's winningest program in the NCAA Tournament in terms of winning percentage. Krzyzewski is the NCAA's all-time leader in NCAA Tournament victories.
•    Duke falls to 23-8 (.742) when playing as the No. 2 seed in the tournament. The loss was Duke's first to a No. 15 seed.
•    Lehigh guard C.J. McCollum scored 30 points against Duke to tie for the highest scoring total by a Duke opponent this season. Only St. John's Moe Harkless (30 points) matched McCollum's scoring output.
•    Mason Plumlee and Austin Rivers scored 19 points each to account for 54 percent of Duke's total scoring. Duke's remaining seven players combined for 32 points.
•    Mason Plumlee recorded his 12^th double-double of the season with 19 points and 12 rebounds. He was a perfect 9-of-9 from the field, tying for the fifth best shooting performance in a game in Duke history. He ties four other Blue Devils who also went 9-of-9 in a game and was two field goals away from tying the school record of 11-of-11 held by Carlos Boozer.
•    Without forward Ryan Kelly, a 40.8 percent three-point shooter, the Blue Devils shot just 6-of-26 (.231) from three-point range for their fourth lowest three-point shooting percentage of the year.
•    Duke missed its first nine three-point attempts and shot just 1-of-10 from beyond the arc in the first half. The Blue Devils did not hit their first three-pointer until under two minutes remained in the first half. Austin Rivers broke the slump with a three-pointer from the wing that tied the game at 26-26. The three-pointer was Rivers' first field goal of the game.
•    Duke had three starters - Seth Curry, Mason Plumlee and Tyler Thornton - playing with four fouls with over six minutes remaining in the game. Thornton fouled out with 1:06 remaining, and Curry fouled out in the final second.
•    Curry picked up his fourth foul with 17:49 remaining in the game and sat out the next 6:31. Lehigh outscored Duke 15-7 during that span as the Blue Devils shot just 2-of-9 from the floor. Curry returned at the 11:18 mark and immediately sparked a 5-0 run that put Duke back on top 49-47.
•    Lehigh took care of the basketball and committed just eight turnovers, tying for the fewest committed by a Duke opponent this season. The Mountain Hawks, meanwhile, forced Duke into 13 turnovers and scored 13 points off of those chances.
•    Duke overcame a poor shooting first half to carry a 30-28 lead into halftime. The Blue Devils took the lead after a late surge over the final six minutes in which they hit four of its last six shots and 6-of-7 free throws. Andre Dawkins, who was 0-4 to that point in the game, hit a pull-up jumper with seven seconds remaining to give Duke the slim two-point lead.
•    Duke lost for only the second time this season after leading at halftime. The Blue Devils finish the year 22-2 when leading at the half.

Player Notes:

Seth Curry
• Scored just four points - all on free throws - before picking up his fourth foul with 17:49 remaining in the second half. Curry sat out the next 6:31 as Duke shot just 2-of-9 and scored only seven points in his absence.
• Finished 1-of-9 from the floor and 1-of-7 from three-point range for seven total points.

Mason Plumlee
•    Recorded his 12th double-double of the season with 19 points and 12 rebounds. Plumlee finished 9-of-9 from the floor for the game.
•    Threw down six dunks (four in the first half) to break Duke's single-season dunks record. With 60 career dunks, Plumlee surpassed the previous record of 59 set by Shelden Williams in 2006.
•    Recorded double-figure rebounds for the team-leading 16th time this season.

Miles Plumlee
• Hauled in six rebounds in 27 minutes while shooting 2-of-4 from the floor. Plumlee finishes his career with 640 career rebounds in 133 games, an average of 4.8 per game. His 240 rebounds as a senior were a career high.
• Plumlee ended his career playing the best basketball of his four-year tenure, averaging 10.6 rebounds and 7.6 points over his final 10 games. Plumlee had 10 or more rebounds in six of those games.

Austin Rivers
•    Scored 19 points to tie for the team lead. Rivers scored in double figures 30 times in 34 games this season, tying Jason Williams for the third most double-figure scoring games by a Duke freshman. He also tied for fifth with eight 20-point games.
•    Became only the third freshman in school history to lead Duke in scoring. His 15.5 ppg. tied for the third highest by a Duke freshman.
•    Set the school record for most free throws made by a freshman. Rivers went 7-of-10 from the line against Lehigh to finish with 121 made free throws in his first season.
•    Led Duke with a team-high 33.2 minutes per game, the eighth highest average by a Duke freshman.

Tyler Thornton
• Started his 13th consecutive game.
• Fouled out with 1:06 remaining after contributing seven points and a career-high seven rebounds in 33 minutes of action. Thornton also dished out a team-high six assists and picked off three steals.
